The human body moves in three dimensions, not two, as most commercial gyms are designed.  Our advanced functional bodyweight fitness principles improve speed, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while help you look, feel, and live your best.  We focus on holistic real life movements in a dynamic, challenging, and fun martial arts class environment.

Semi-Private Jeet Kune Do Training
These are intense, small group martial arts classes that integrate authentic Jeet Kune Do, dynamic application of techniques and principles, and functional fitness.  The focus is technical development and application of martial arts skills, however bodeweight strength and conditioning elements are incorporated to improve performance.

Martial Arts Drills & Conditioning Classes
Our group Drills & Conditioning classes incorporate basic Jeet Kune Do training drills and bodyweight fitness exercises in a fast paced bootcamp style structure.  This class is designed to supplement the semi-private classes by developing greater strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning.  Learn Bruce Lee's fighting method and get fit!

Private / Personal Training
Bruce Lee preferred to teach private sessions above group classes, and we also believe it is an essential component in martial arts practice.  Supercharge your training with individually tailored fitness and Jeet Kune Do programs.  Improve your martial arts and self defense skills with focused troubleshooting and intensive reflex reprogramming for quick results.  This is NOT your average personal training!
