Welcome to the San Gabriel Valley Jeet Kune Do Institute's Online Jeet Kune Do training system.
Our unique video training methods integrate original Jeet Kune Do techniques, strategies, and philosophies, with interactive drills to maximize learning and mastery. Our Jeet Kune Do videos are 20 to 30 minute training modules shot in high definition, complete with detailed instructions, drills, and virtual training partners.
The Phase I Jeet Kune Do Online training can be completed without a training partner, utilizing only the built in interactive functionality of the video lessons. Detailed JKD techniques and simple, yet proven, combinations and strategies coupled with interactive drills and virtual training partners make it easy to develop a training base without the use of a live partner.
Phase II and greater JKD online training will require partners and basic martial arts training equipment. Partner based drills and sparring are essential to real, applicable Jeet Kune Do skills and are thus necessary for higher level training.
